Send registration data to Labra to update agreeement

This API facilitates sending buyer registration data to Labra URL endpoint by a customer who handles buyer sign up on their self hosted landing page. The buyer / purchaser AWS identifiers are shared as query parameters during the redirection from Labra to the self hosted landing page of the seller.
